What kind of postage?

All of our international parcels are registered post (signed on delivery)- sent via Australia post (so they don’t get eaten by the shipping gremlins). We make our best efforts to have them mailed within 7-10 working days (as we handcraft each item). Please let us know if you need it sooner and we can try and arrange something!

Within Australia postage is 2- 3 generally business days after the shipping date.

Outside of Australia – Generally 7-10 days after the shipping date.

Please note that customs and unforeseen circumstances can impact delivery times.

After the garment leaves our office, Tainted Apple is not liable for any errors made by these services. Please open with care, we are not liable for any damage caused by whilst opening the parcel.


All credit card details are processed securely using Paypal. We do not store any credit card details. If you are not an authorised cardholder, please do not place an order on our site.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By placing an order through, you are accepting all Terms and Conditions of this transaction. This also applies should you refuse to accept the post, either from Australia Post or the Courier company.

Incorrect Size / Change of Mind

If the garment is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, Tainted Apple will happily offer you an Exchange or Store Credit for a change of mind, or an incorrect size.  It is a requirement that returns must be unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Should you require an exchange, please include a postage paid, self-addressed satchel in a suitable size for the delivery of your product.


Refunds are not available for change of mind or ordering of incorrect sizes. We do not provide refunds for damage caused by the customer, including but not limited to the damage caused by not following the care instructions.

Faulty Items

If an item purchased is faulty due to manufacture or is unfit for the purpose it was intended, you must inform Tainted Apple within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing

Please note if faults occur after the garment has been worn generally this is not the responsibility of Tainted Apple but will be assessed on an individual claims basis. Tainted Apple has the right to refuse responsibility after the garment has been worn.

Import Customs/Duties

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be liable for customs or import duties. Unfortunately Tainted apple cannot provide advice or estimates on these customs or import duties. All customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
